News   Animal Forest Announced for GBA -- Possible GCN Link
- Posted By Michael Loewer, 08.22.2001

There's not much to say other than that Animal Forest is now a confirmed Game Boy Advance title. Since Animal Forest for the GCN was confirmed a while ago, the general conjecture is that this will be one of the first (if not THE first) set of games to use the GameCube/GBA link.

However, it should be noted that on recently released screenshots for Luigi's Mansion, an image of the Game Boy Color can be seen in the corner. In addition, it was announced in one of our earlier previews that the Game Boy Advance might serve as an alternate "ghost radar." Since Luigi's Mansion is a launch title, it instead may be the first to use the GBA/GCN link.
