News   First Screens of Advance Wars 2
- Posted By Eric Tajchman, 01.07.2003

The first Advance Wars for the GBA proved to be one of the most entertaining and rewarding games on the handheld, and proved that a great real-time strategy game can be created on the Game Boy Advance. Now Nintendo has announced the sequel to its Wars series for the GBA entitled Advance Wars 2. The gameplay and premise will be the same as the original GBA game, but many new innovations are expected to be implemented in the game. Nintendo has also released 3 screenshots showcasing the new game in action.

Advance Wars 2 is set to release sometime in mid-2003.
