News   Trent Lott Steps Out Of The Console War
- Posted By Lander Clinton, 12.21.2002

Days after his racist game, "I Love Racism," hit stores for his new system, The Filibuster, Senator Trent Lott has decided to call it quits in the videogame business.

"I love America, I love videogames, and I love racism... no, wait!" said a beleaguered Lott, after apologizing a fourth time for his controversial game. He argued that the game had some wholesome values because it earned an "Early Childhood" rating from the E.S.R.B., which chose that rating because that's the best time to instill qualities of inequalities.

The Filibuster was part of a promotion to get people interested in politics through games, and the idea may still be applicable if the next Senate Majority Leader continues it.

"I respect Trent's decision and I respect the Filimibuster idear," said President Bush. "I likes the ones where I gets to play in the army with nuculer weapons." It is not clear if Bush was still talking about videogames during his last remark, as we actually had to clean most of it up to resemble English.

Meanwhile, Democrats everywhere didn't agree or disagree with anything, except that the concepts of racism and videogames do exist.
