News   More Kirby on the Way
- Posted By Francis Bonnet, 12.02.2002

HAL Laboratories, the creator and developer of all the Kirby games for Nintendo's platforms, recently announced that they have two more Kirby titles in the works. What type of game or which platform it's going to be on was not revealed, but my guess is that it'll be either Gameboy Advance or Gamecube (duh).

Nintendo has been heavily promoting the the Kirby franchise ever since the animated version began airing on the Fox network in September. Kirby still has yet to become the next Pokemon, but with the release of two more Kirby games (plus Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland for GBA which ships tomorrow) it's a safe bet that Kirby's popularity will continue to grow. Now someone talk Nintendo into making a new Legend of Zelda cartoon!
