News   AGB Makes GBA Move Closer To 3D
- Posted By Lander Clinton, 08.17.2002

Portable gaming company AGB Games showed its new 3D engine for the Game Boy Advance today.

The tweaked engine allows for many 3D people to populate the polygonal worlds and eliminates the need for lots of sprite animations.

Videos demonstrate a man running through a city, very Grand Theft Auto 3-like. Even though the following link says "racing," the man seems to only be racing against himself on foot. Besides, if it is supposed to be like GTA3, then nothing says "adventure" like setting out to murder and pillage.
