News   Wanna Dance With Britney?
- Posted By Lander Clinton, 03.27.2002

THQ shipped "Britney's Dance Beat" for the Game Boy Advance to stores today.

The point of the game is to press the buttons to the right rythyms and help Britney Spears practice her dance moves before a big tour. Notice how you don't need to help her sing, since all of that is pre-recorded...

Speaking of the music, the game features such hits as "Overprotected," "...Baby One More Time," "Oops!...I Did it Again," "I'm a Slave 4 U," and "Stronger."

"So many of my fans are also videogame fans," said Britney. "I think it's cool that they can now interact with my music and experience it in a new and unique way."

Britney's profound words will surely echo through the ages. She inspired many during an interview when she explained her recent Pepsi ad. Apparently it was about people drinking Pepsi throughout the ages! I couldn't tell that upon initial viewing. Of course, the people from the '50s aren't really "drinking young" any more, but that's besides the point.
