News   Winner of the Free GBA
- Posted By Michael Loewer, 03.11.2002

Heya folks,

I'll tell you, it didn't really bother me when no more than a few days before contest end did the site go offline. I wasn't too concerned personally, because server outages do unfortunately happen and are normally resolved within days. Obviously, this one turned into weeks, as our hosts literally disappeared off the face of the earth.

My only fear was that readers of both our site and those coming from GCAdvanced would think we were scamming them, thereby destroying all the credibility we had earned after our historic raffle from this past summer.

However, know this:

You have NOT been forgotten.

The winner was chosen as planned, a random selection from our then advertising partner Nitroclicks. Therefore, without further ado, the loyal reader who will receive the free GBA and game of his or her choice signed up as user MaximusJames. If you are the lucky MaximusJames, please e-mail me here with your signup information and password so that we may confirm your identity and get you your free GBA and game.

Thanks to all those who entered.

NAdventures EIC Michael Loewer, signing off.
