News   E3: The N64 at E3
- Posted By Andrew Weatherton, 05.16.2001

Though the GameCube and GBA have taken center-stage, the Nintendo 64 is still making a show. Nintendo will show three games for the N64 at E3, with only one of them being likely to be released in North America. Amazingly, though there are only three titles, they run the NGenres gauntlet and have one title pertaining to each genre.

ADVENTURE
Animal Forest will be shown, but it's already undergoing transformations and will be released as a Nintendo GameCube title. From what we saw at the GameCube Media Briefing, the visuals will not be greatly improved over the already rough visuals seen on the N64 version.

SPORTS
Activision's Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 will finally be making its debut.

SHOOTER
Sin and Punishment is a brilliant shooter with superior graphics and blistering action, you can get a glimpse of it at E3, but there's no final word on if or when it will come to North America.
