- Posted By Lander Clinton, 11.16.2001

BAM! Entertainment, not associated with chefs who say “Bam!” or any crappy sitcoms whatsoever, announced Thursday it will start selling its stocks to the public.

BAM! will unleash 5 million shares at $8.00 each under the symbol “BFUN” on the Nasdaq National Market. Underwriters can buy an additional 750,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if there are any. Jefferies & Company, Inc. and Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc., are acting as lead manager and co-manager of the offering, respectively. Any company acting disrespectively will have to answer to Emeril- Bam!

BAM! Entertainment made many “Powerpuff Girls” games for the N64, GBC, and GBA. They are expected to release the highly anticipated GBA first-person shooter, Ecks Vs. Sever, in time for the holidays.
