Editorials   GC-GBA Player And You
- By Lander Clinton

It seems to me some people were bitching about PlayStation 2 being backwards-compatible and GameCube not playing old games when both systems were announced.

Well leave it to Nintendo to rectify the situation for $40. When the GC-GBA player is released next year, you will be able to play NES e-reader games, GB and GBC games, GBA games (including SNES ports), and of course GCN games all on one system.

One SNES port I'd like to see is the Super Game Boy, it could just be a piece of plastic labeled Super Game Boy that goes in between the GameCube and the GBA game. They could add the GB Transfer Pak if they wanted too.

If Nintendo ever actually releases Yoshi's Story for GBA, that would add an N64 game, and an inside sourse says they may start dropping Virtual Boy games on unsuspecting people with instructions to cram them into GameCubes.

One thing is certain- Nintendo just added hundreds of games to wear out your GameCube controllers.
