It's Still A Close Race Before Election Day
- By Lander

Donkey Kong looked to take an early lead in the race, but after some bananas thrown by rival Yoshi, he quickly fell behind.
"OOh ooh bkeurk," said Donkey Kong, blasting Yoshi for running such a negative campaign to the finish line.
When questioned about Kong's accusations of running a negative race, Yoshi promptly laid an egg. "A wa wa wa wa," said Yoshi, saying that Kong didn't have what it took to reach the goal.
Kong, or as his supporters call him, "DK," received some much-needed help from long-time friend Lakitu, who lifted him out of the lake and put him back on track. After acquiring a star and a golden mushroom, Kong is in prime position to over-take Yoshi before the start of the final lap.
